"Changing the image of insurance". More than a simple expression, this is a real conviction that APRIL has carried in its DNA since it was founded in 1988. In 2011, APRIL launched an advertising campaign to promote its recruitment policy: "I will become who I really am". This is the campaign's slogan and it reflects what applicants and employees aspire to: a company that fosters self-fulfilment both professionally and personally, a company that gives meaning to work beyond its role as a job.
