For the fourth year running, APRIL has offered a group of young people facing barriers to employment the opportunity to join the job market through the '1st step to employment' project.
Out of the 250 original applicants, 16 young people completed their diploma successfully. Chosen for their behavioural skills, their motivation and determination, these young people were given four months' training, a total of 400 hours, covering 3 different areas: insurance techniques, customer service and the product range.
On 5th October, they all took up temporary positions as Customer Service Officers at Cetim, APRIL Entreprise Prévoyance and APRIL Santé Prévoyance, or as Production administrators/Sales representatives at APRIL Mon Assurance.
