This year, APRIL's second Green Day, which aims to raise staff members' awareness of eco-friendly behaviour, offered the opportunity to address various issues which are central to the group's concerns:
- social inclusion, with the involvement of TRI Rhône Alpes and Le Relais
- environmental protection, with a conference-quiz organised by the Local Energy Agency, the body behind the "Positive Energy Family Challenge".
- finally, eco-mobility, with the participation of TCL (public transport services in Lyon), Greater Lyon Carpooling and Bluely (Electric car pooling service).
The date for this event was not selected at random. Indeed, on 5th June, APRIL took part in the Mobility Challenge organised by the Rhône Alpes region and ADEME. Conscious of limiting the environmental impact of its activities and of promoting eco-friendly behaviour, APRIL extended this operation to all of the group's staff, both in mainland France and overseas departments.
