Emmanuel Maillet, 39 years old, has become Chief Financial Officer for the APRIL Group, taking over from Marc Le Doze, and member of the Board of Directors. His role will involve steering all of the Group's finance activities and supervising the APRIL holding's Finance Department team. This will also include duties related to financial communications.
A graduate from Lyon 2 University with a master's degree in Banking and Finance, Emmanuel Maillet began his career in auditing at Mazars, in 2001. He joined APRIL in 2007 as Financial Director for the APRIL Santé Prévoyance network of agencies, before taking on the role of Investment Director for APRIL's Health-Personal Protection division in 2009.
Emmanuel Maillet had been working as Company Secretary for the APRIL Santé Prévoyance subsidiary since 2014.
