Following the publications on nutrition and sleep, the APRIL Foundation has published its 4th report, on stress. And the aim? To counter conventional wisdom about stress and offer guidance as to how to understand and control it so that everyone can take charge of their own health. 'Health: a stress-free me' was edited by the Foundation's Scientific and Ethics committee. The issue of stress is dealt with from every angle: biological, physiological, medical, but also societal, legal and historical. If you are also looking to clear up fact and fiction and improve how you manage stress, take a look at the APRIL Foundation's website.
