APRIL International launches MyHealth International, a new pan-European solution
18 March 2026
APRIL International is unveiling MyHealth International, a new health insurance offering designed for European expatriates. Created to support all international mobility projects, this solution combines flexible health coverage, 24/7 assistance and innovative digital services, including a virtual payment card that eliminates the need for upfront payments.
Four levels of protection for all international lifestyles
To support the wide range of expatriation projects, APRIL International has redesigned its flagship MyHealth International offering around four levels of protection, tailored to suit the needs and budgets of all profiles—from young professionals on their first assignment abroad to families and retirees. Each plan provides personalised support, ranging from essential coverage to comprehensive worldwide protection.
In addition to health coverage, assistance benefits enable policyholders to quickly respond to unexpected situations. These include support in times of crisis or distress (natural disasters, terrorism, sabotage or assault), efficient management of travel incidents (flight cancellations or delays, lost luggage, theft of personal belongings), as well as third-party liability coverage.
Innovation enhancing the care journey
To address the major challenge of upfront medical expenses, APRIL International offers a digital payment card, allowing policyholders to preserve their personal cash flow when facing costly routine care. This new feature is integrated into the Easy Claim app, alongside services such as teleconsultation and mental health support.
Recognising the importance of a holistic approach to healthcare, APRIL International also provides dedicated mental health support, giving policyholders access to expert guidance and personalised advice wherever they are in the world.
“Our mission goes far beyond providing insurance coverage for the many clients who already place their trust in us, such as Business France in Asia. We strive to be a true partner for our policyholders by removing administrative and financial barriers to accessing healthcare abroad. Our goal is to ensure that everyone—whatever their destination or project—benefits from long-term protection and innovative services that genuinely make everyday life easier,” says Isabelle Moins, CEO of APRIL International Europe & Africa.
Long-term international protection
To deliver this level of service, APRIL International relies on a strong global infrastructure:
-More than 2 million healthcare providers worldwide
-An in-house team of over 60 medical experts, ensuring personalised follow-up and rigorous cost management
-A simplified two-zone coverage system, allowing policyholders to maintain their coverage even when changing country of residence
This organisation enables APRIL International to optimise the care journey while offering pricing aligned with local healthcare costs.
