APRIL International, the APRIL Group’s expatriate health insurance specialist, and Globallians, the leading network of private international support experts, have announced the signing of a partnership to offer their networks an even more enhanced experience.
International human resources management is an essential factor in the success of a development or establishment project: availability, mobility and adaptation in the country, motivation and remote management of employees, securing career paths, choosing the right healthcare solution, etc.
Since 28 November 2023, this partnership has enabled APRIL International and Globallians to carry out joint information, awareness-raising and training initiatives for companies operating internationally.
The synergies identified by APRIL International and Globallians include
– the organisation of themed webinars and workshops ;
– the organisation of International Days, in digital or face-to-face format, dealing with cross-cutting HR and International Health issues;
– publishing articles and expert content;
– joint participation in certain events.
