APRIL announces the appointment of Ingrid Bocris as CEO of APRIL Santé Prévoyance. As a recognised leader in the insurance and financial services industry, she brings a rare combination of business, financial, technology and international expertise, making her a major asset in supporting the Group’s growth ambitions. 

She succeeds Emmanuel Maillet, who has been appointed Deputy CEO of APRIL, with responsibility for all of the Group’s business activities. This evolution in APRIL’s governance strengthens its ability to deliver and supports its growth ambitions both in France and internationally. 

 

With nearly thirty years of experience in insurance, financial services, social protection and the development of high-growth businesses, Ingrid Bocris has built an outstanding career within major international groups. Recognised for her ability to lead complex transformations, develop high-value businesses and unite teams around a shared vision, she joins APRIL to drive the continued development of APRIL Santé Prévoyance and accelerate its growth momentum. 

Having successfully led the development of APRIL Santé Prévoyance, strengthening its growth, performance and market positioning, Emmanuel Maillet will support Ingrid Bocris as she transitions into her new role before focusing fully on his new responsibilities alongside Éric Maumy, President, CEO of APRIL. Taking responsibility for all of the Group’s business activities, his role will be to accelerate synergies across its businesses and support APRIL’s growth ambitions in all its markets.

About Ingrid Bocris
 

A graduate of ESCP Business School, Ingrid Bocris spent nearly ten years in management and strategy consulting before joining Société Générale Group in late 2005, where she held senior leadership positions across insurance, marketing, digital and business development. After leading life insurance and savings activities and subsequently Sogécap’s marketing operations, she went on to head Marketing & Digital for International Retail Banking before taking responsibility for Société Générale Assurances’ Partnerships, Corporates and Innovation division in 2018. 

Since 2022, she has served as Deputy CEO of Société Générale Assurances, responsible for bancassurance development and digital, as well as CEO of Sogessur. As a member of Société Générale Group’s Management Committee, she has notably contributed to accelerating the development of its bancassurance activities, driving digital transformation and developing strategic partnerships in France and internationally. 

She now joins APRIL to continue the development of APRIL Santé Prévoyance and, alongside the leadership teams, contribute to the Group’s ambition to strengthen its position as a leading insurance distribution player in France and internationally.
