APRIL integrates Doctolib into its policyholder portal to simplify access to healthcare

APRIL announces the launch of a new service developed in partnership with Doctolib to make access to healthcare easier for its policyholders. Through their customer portal, users can now search for a healthcare professional, estimate their out-of-pocket expenses before an appointment, and book consultations in just a few clicks—all without leaving their digital journey. This new functionality marks another step forward in transforming the health insurance customer experience, supporting policyholders from the moment they search for a healthcare professional through to managing their healthcare expenses and reimbursement claims.

A centralised healthcare journey directly accessible through the APRIL environment

 

The partnership between APRIL and Doctolib is built around a simple objective: helping policyholders save time and take greater control of their healthcare journey.

In practical terms, APRIL customers can now access a personalized Doctolib interface directly from their policyholder portal, within a seamless and integrated experience. This enables them to prepare for medical appointments, anticipate their remaining out-of-pocket costs, and track reimbursements from a single location.
