Emmanuel Maillet appointed Deputy CEO in charge of finance and legal affairs for the APRIL Group

APRIL announces Emmanuel Maillet’s appointment as Deputy CEO in charge of finance and legal affairs for the Group. Emmanuel, who will continue running APRIL’s Finance Department, will now also be responsible for the Business legal department, the Corporate and M&A legal department and the Internal Controlling and Audit department. In his new role, Emmanuel will help steer and implement the Group’s strategy.

A graduate from Lyon 2 University with a master’s degree in Banking and Finance, Emmanuel Maillet began his career in auditing at Mazars, in 2001. He joined APRIL in 2007 as Financial Director for the APRIL Santé Prévoyance network of agencies, before taking on the role of Investment Director for APRIL’s Health-Personal Protection division in 2009, then Company Secretary of the APRIL Santé Prévoyance subsidiary in 2014. Emmanuel Maillet was appointed Finance Director for the APRIL Group in 2017.
