Highly tailored products for each market to meet customers' specific expectations
Since the very beginning, APRIL has always believed that insurance should be designed from the customer's perspective. This belief has lead it to tailor products for its various markets, to meet each of its customers' specific expectations as well as possible, whether they are private individuals, professionals or businesses, both in France and abroad.
With a range of more than 100 products and services, the APRIL group offers an unparalleled breadth and depth in today's market. It is therefore a benchmark for several market segments such as:
Professionals and small businesses
From property and casualty solutions for craftsmen to group health-personal protection insurance policies for small businesses, no target is approached without in-depth, sector-specific knowledge in order to match the market situation as closely as possible. As such APRIL offers 18 group health and/or personal protection insurance solutions which meet the requirements of the industry-wide agreements of 14 different professional sectors (consultants, brokers, chartered accountants, wholesalers, the fast food trade, butchers, hair salons, hotels-cafés-restaurants, real estate professionals, pharmacists, freight and passenger transportation companies, medical transportation companies, cafeterias and the motor industry).
Quick to respond and to act, APRIL tailors its products to meet the multitude of regulatory changes in the insurance market and provides support to its targets as required to make sure their policies are compliant. Each of its solutions was commercialised in less than one month. The group even launched 'Santé ANI', the very first solution for small business which met the new legal requirements, in only three weeks.
Seniors
APRIL makes every effort to understand this category of policy holder, whose requirements and healthcare expenditure change over time (chronic illness, frequent medical monitoring, accidents, etc.). .
With "Ma Santé Evolutive", a real revolution in the private health insurance market, APRIL has given seniors the freedom to adapt their cover according to their requirements, without impacting the cost.
Loan insurance
This long-standing expertise of APRIL is regularly reviewed to address the expectations of the greatest number of people, as well as increasingly specific profiles of borrowers: top-level athletes, people suffering from illness, high-risk professions such as the police or the fire brigade, or high-capital borrowers (up to €15 million).
APRIL's 2017 Mortgage Insurance product offers a new, even more competitive price, saving up to €15,0001 on the total mortgage insurance, extended cover to include high-level risks, and a fully digital subscription process incorporating a 'smart' data collection and medical calculation module.

Property and casualty insurance
Bolstered by its long-standing positioning as a multi-specialist wholesale broker in the property and casualty market, the APRIL group decided once again to target niche markets. As such, APRIL is now able to offer real added-value to its policy holders, in terms of its pricing policy and the products and services on offer in its key target markets: motor insurance (high and specific risks), professionals (decennial liability insurance), sailing (financing and insurance), the two-wheeler market and real estate (comprehensive property insurance and rental protection insurance).
Mobility
Because APRIL is there to support its customers wherever they go, the group has also designed products tailored to their customers' mobility requirements, whether they are students, expatriates or retired. 'Crystal Studies' covers students who go abroad for less than one year, whereas the 'Corporate Safety Plan' enables businesses to offer security to their employees on the move and to manage any sensitive situations or crises if they arise (political events, natural disasters, etc..
Legal protection
With 'Confort de vie +', APRIL gives private individuals access to a team of experienced legal advisers to help them manage difficult situations and disputes in everyday life (e.g. disputes with neighbours, managing administrative paperwork).
