Strong ambitions
drawing on four priority
growth drivers
APRIL's development strategy is based on four key growth levers which are in line with the group's DNA (innovation, high quality service, high quality policy handling) :
1
To establish its position as the leading wholesale broker
by strengthening broker distribution through the running and development of the network of brokers, and as such to move from 10,000 to 12,000 active brokers within 3 years.
2
To export its expertise
as an international wholesale broker and assistance-mobility insurer to develop its positions in international medical and personal protection insurance as well as assistance.
3
To develop partnerships and key accounts
to become one of the leading providers of products and services for French institutions (provident institutions, private health insurers, banks and insurance companies) as product line extensions and Third Party Administration (TPA).
4
To strengthen direct distribution
by planning for and supporting its customers' new practices through its multichannel approach, combining its network of APRIL Mon Assurance agencies, online distribution and call centres.
APRIL, which bases its insurance activities on 4 companies within the group, continues to offer practical support to the group's brokerage activities, particularly in terms of health-personal protection insurance and assistance services, whilst continuing to develop certain property and casualty activities (legal protection, corporate risk, fleets).
