APRIL Group strengthens its data activities with the appointment of Laure Jauneau as Chief Data Officer

To support the development of an ever simpler and more fluid customer and partner experience, APRIL Group is stepping up its ambitions in the use of data and has announced the appointment of Laure Jauneau as Chief Data Officer.

 

Laure Jauneau will lead an ambitious roadmap in terms of operational performance, improving the customer experience and supporting intermediary and direct distribution. She will also contribute to the Group’s experiments in artificial intelligence. In these roles, she will lead a large data community working across all market lines and in all geographical areas where APRIL operates worldwide.

About Laure Jauneau

Laure Jauneau trained as an engineer and is a graduate of the Lyon National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA Lyon).

She began her career in the banking sector, firstly with BNP Paribas, where she held a number of positions, including IT Project Director, before joining Crédit Agricole Assurances, where she oversaw the data transformation and then managed the Group’s data department.
